Returns & Exchanges
All of our Prints, Canvas and other items are products created custom for you and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.
Canvas cannot be returned or exchanged
Prints cannot be returned for a refund, they can be exchanged for a different print. I want you to be happy with your art print; please follow these instructions to exchange your item:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your prints so I can begin the exchange process.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in condition for re-sale.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the price of the print will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your art print. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your item has been received and inspected, a refund of 75% of your purchase value will be issued if the item in in condition for re-sale.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged and are considered final sale.
