When will I receive my order?
Please allow for 1 week for processing of print orders.
Prints sized 11x14 and smaller are signed and shipped via USPS. Prints sized 11x14 and larger ship directly from my professional photo lab via UPS or FedEx.
Canvas Gallery Wraps have a processing time of 2-3 weeks are shipped directly from my professional photo lab via UPS. Canvas cannot be shipped outside the United States, please no international orders.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States; International Shipping coming soon.
Am I responsible for customs and duty import taxes on international orders?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and duty/VAT taxes that may apply. These are calculated at the discretion of your country's tax and postal system. Helen Makadia Fine Art is not responsible for delays or any charges due to customs.
What is your return policy?
All of our Prints and Canvas are custom products and therefore cannot be returned. However, please contact us immediately in the event of damage during shipping.
We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. In the event that you are unclear about whether the color will work in our space, please considering purchasing a sample print. Sample prints can be found in this link: SAMPLE PRINTS
Do you offer matting or framing?
At this time, we do not offer matting or framing. However, we have worked with online framing shops like Framebridge in the past and can ship our prints directly to them for framing. Please contact us to make sure we get your order right to them.
